  • No cost to employee, CUA pays full premium.
  • In accordance with its mission, CUA will not pay for any health services which are  opposed to its ethical and religious principles.

Optum would like to announce that the company that provides CUA's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) has changed its name to LifeEra, Inc. There are no changes to service delivery, product components or any other program attributes. They are the same people delivering the same high quality service - they just have a new name.

 

LifeEraSM reflects the services that they deliver to us everyday, covering a wide range of issues that impact every stage of peoples’ lives. Specifically, LifeEra can help by providing assistance, consultation, information and referrals regarding:
