Hiring Manager Packet
Once the offer of employment has been accepted, your assigned recruiter will forward you a hiring manager’s packet. The purpose of this packet is to assist you in providing orientation for your new employee and to provide you with the tools you will need during his/her first 90 days of employment. We also provide you with copies of new hire documents so that you may keep them for your own records. Please note, for the most part, we will provide you with copies. The HR Office must keep all original documents in the employees’ legal personnel file which is housed and maintained in the HR Office. The Hiring Manager Packet includes:
1. A copy of the offer letter
2. A copy of the application
3. A copy of the resume
4. The position description
5. The orientation checklist
6. A copy of the Employee Data Form (EDF)
7. The 90 Day Review Form
Please return the following documentation to your recruiter upon completion:
1. Completed and signed orientation checklist (original)
2. Signed position description (original)
3. 90 Day Review (original)
