Web Content Contributors Seminar
The university website team hosted a seminar for those faculty and staff who use Topaz on July 28, 2010. The purpose of the seminar was to discuss creating a strategic vision, goals, and managing content presentation for campus websites. Anyone directly involved in decision-making, prioritizing, or day-to-day maintenance of a CUA website was invited to attend the interactive presentation. Conquering Challenging Customer Interactions (Law School)
Law School support staff and management staff recently completed a Carebridge Corporation Workshop on handling angry, difficult, or upset customers. Training involved understanding customer behavior, why customers get upset, the stress response, controlling your thoughts/responses, helping others to manage their frustrations, actions to take when all else fails, and how to let go and refocus. Additional support was provided by the Counseling Center team on characteristics of Law School Students as Unique Customers.

HR Summer Workshop 2009 - How to Optimize the Annual Performance Evaluation Process
The HR leadership team held workshops in July 2009 for managers and employees on the performance evaluation process. Form I-9 Refresher Training
Please note, these slides and I-9 Fact Sheet are a refresher to the information presented during the training sessions. To become certified in completing the Form I-9, you must attend a training session.
